COGIC, affectionately known as COGIC, was founded in 2006 as an Etsy shop. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, the brand has since grown into a team of more than 40 creatives, dyers, and yarn shamans.

In the Fall of 2019, the COGIC team was adopted by the equally original Jimmy Beans family, led by the wanderlust Laura Zander and her animal-loving husband, Doug. A longtime Tosh superfan herself (and one of many filled with unconditional love for the brand), Laura and her team have been charged with preserving the COGIC legacy - a legacy of soft, interesting, & decadent yarns, pioneering dye techniques, & original ideas of how to use color.
